GoAccess · Brand Guidelines · 2025

The Modern Standard
for Visitor Access.

These guidelines ensure a cohesive, professional brand experience across every surface GoAccess touches — from kiosk to dashboard to sales proposal to patrol app.

02 — Color

Color Palette

GoAccess blue (#004AAD) is our foundational brand color — used consistently across all marketing, proposals, and product surfaces. The palette is intentionally restrained: one dominant blue, a light sky layer, and clear semantic colors for UI states.

07 — Voice & Tone

Voice & Tone

GoAccess is the authority on community access control. We speak with confidence, clarity, and professionalism — never with alarm or corporate jargon. Technical precision balanced with human warmth.

🎯 Authoritative, Not Cold

Specific numbers and facts. No hedging language. We know our domain.

  • GoAccess serves 4.5M+ residents across 107K+ units with 25M+ access events processed.
  • We may be able to help potentially optimize various visitor-related workflows.

🤝 Partner, Not Vendor

HOA boards and managers are partners. White-glove transitions, last-mile configuration included.

  • We handle the full data migration from DwellingLive, train your staff, and stay on-call through go-live.
  • Please refer to our onboarding documentation for implementation details.

Direct, Not Blunt

Every word earns its place. Scannable, specific, action-oriented at every level.

  • Access denied. Verify the resident's plate and try again, or call the guard station at ext. 201.
  • An unexpected error has occurred during the access verification process. Please try again.

🛡️ Trustworthy, Not Alarmist

We make communities safer — we don't sell fear. Confident and caring, not anxious.

  • Every entry logged. Every patrol tracked. Your community, fully accounted for.
  • Protect your family from unknown threats lurking outside your gate.
