Why we exist

Most gated communities run on tools that were never designed for them: a paper log at the guardhouse, a spreadsheet of resident vehicles, a phone tree for guests, and software last updated a decade ago. It works until someone asks a question — who authorised that vendor, when did patrol last walk the north gate, why was that car let through at 2am — and nobody can answer it.

GoAccess replaces that with a single operations ledger. Residents register their own guests. Plates open the gate for approved vehicles. Guards work from a screen that already knows who is expected. Every one of those actions leaves a record a board can read.

Access control data is a record of where people were and when, so we hold it to the standard that implies. GoAccess is SOC 2 compliant, and how resident and visitor data is collected, used and retained is set out in full in our privacy policy.
